TOLEDO 80, INDIANA NORTHWEST 44
TOLEDO, OH - Toledo extended its winning streak to three games Tuesday evening with an 80-44 triumph over NAIA foe Indiana Northwest in Savage Arena. The Rockets' three-game winning streak is their longest since winning three in a row from March 4-12, 2008.

Freshman C Delino Dear posted his first career double-double to lead UT, tallying season bests in both points (19) and rebounds (10). Senior F Justin Anyijong paced Toledo from the perimeter with a season-high 14 points, knocking down all four of his shots from behind the three-point arc. Junior G Jay Shunnar also scored in double figures with 10 points.

Sophomore G Malcolm Griffin played a strong floor game for the Rockets, tallying a career-high nine assists and just two turnovers to go along with nine points. Freshman G Reese Holliday continued to display a strong presence on the glass, grabbing 10 boards for his third straight double-digit rebounding contest.

The Rockets registered a 50.9 field-goal percentage in the contest and limited the RedHawks to an opponent season-low of 25.9 percent. Indiana Northwest's 44 points were also the fewest by a Toledo opponent this season.

UT held a 44-29 advantage at halftime and ran away from the RedHawks thanks to an 18-2 spurt to begin the second half.

Toledo will now take some time off for the holidays before returning to action with a two-game road trip to UNC-Wilmington on Thursday, Dec. 30 and Alabama on Monday. Jan. 3.
