TOLEDO, OH —  Head Coach Tod Kowalczyk has announced that senior forward Mouhamed Lo (New York, NY) has been dismissed from the Toledo men’s basketball program.

“When we took over the program in April, we as a coaching staff decided to give Mouhamed Lo a second chance and an opportunity to be a part of our team,” Kowalczyk said.
“Since that time, Mouhamed has not lived up to our expectations. Because of that, we have decided to dismiss him from our team. We will honor our academic commitment to Mouhamed, and he will remain on scholarship for the 2010-11 academic year.”
Lo saw action in 19 games for the Rockets during the 2009-10 campaign before sitting out the final 13 contests due to a disciplinary suspension.
