ImageHoops season isn't far from getting underway and one of the nation's longest running and most respected preseason magazines has just released its forecast for the upcoming MAC hoops season.

Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook has tabbed Miami and Eastern Michigan as the preseason favorites in the MAC East and West Divisions respectively.

The publication's preseason All-MAC team is also well represented by its projected divisional champions with Miami senior forward Michael Bramos and Eastern Michigan senior guard Carlos Medlock joining Kent State senior guard Al Fisher, Western Michigan junior guard David Kool and Ohio senior forward Jerome Tillman on the team's preseason All-MAC squad.

Ohio's Tillman is also projected as the MAC's Player of the Year. The senior forward was an All-MAC selection last year and averaged 13.3 points and 7.6 rebounds per game. Tillman was MAC Report Online's Player of the Year in 2006-2007.
